Thank you for considering to be a volunteer in our schools! Our school district is fortunate to have many volunteers, including parents, grandparents, retired teachers and community members. Whether supporting an individual student, teacher, classroom, program, field trip, school office, parent teacher organization, or more, our district thrives on our volunteer community.
Volunteer Opportunities
We'd love to have you join us! Volunteer opportunities vary from one-time / short-term, to more committed monthly or weekly involvement. Check with your child's principal and/or teacher for volunteer needs, or contact us if you are interested in volunteering time with other types of district programs.
How To Get Started
It is the policy of the Board of Education of the Beaver Dam Unified School District to conduct annual criminal background checks of all individuals seeking to serve as volunteers working with students in our schools or who accompany students on field trips. The information provided will only be used to conduct such a background check. All information must be provided. Use the links on this page to download and print an application, and return to the school office.
Please note: Volunteer applications may take up to 2 weeks for approval, and they are only valid for one school year.
