Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
I am thrilled and honored to extend a warm welcome to all of you as the new principal of Lincoln Elementary in the Beaver Dam Unified School District. As we embark on a new academic year, I want to express my excitement to be a part of this remarkable community. Our school has a rich tradition of fostering academic growth and personal development, and I am dedicated to upholding and elevating these values.
At Lincoln, we are committed to nurturing a culture of high expectations and excellence in both the classroom and the school community. Our goal is to provide a learning environment where each student can flourish, explore their passions, and unlock their full potential. To achieve this, we will work together as a team—teachers, parents, and students—to create an atmosphere of mutual respect, inclusivity, and support.
Excellence is not a destination; it is a journey of continuous improvement. I am committed to collaborating with our talented educators to implement innovative teaching strategies that engage students and encourage critical thinking. By fostering a growth mindset, we will empower our students to embrace challenges and view them as opportunities for learning and growth.
At Lincoln, we take a proactive approach to supporting students behaviorally, socially, and emotionally. We recognize students for good behavior and reinforce positive choices. Students truly learn what it means to be safe, respectful, and responsible, all to the betterment of student outcomes.
Further, we have a very active PTO which sponsors many family events throughout the year. We welcome parent volunteers and would love to have your support.
