Collective Commitments
In order to ensure we live our mission and realize our vision, we will:
- be a positive contributing member of the school community and our collaborative teams.
- provide a safe and nurturing learning environment and work to create a sense of belonging for all Jefferson learning community members by being respectful and caring.
- take shared responsibility and commit to working together to achieve our common SMART goals, mission, and vision.
- be open-minded and approach our own professional practices with a growth mindset.
- commit to implementing the district’s guaranteed and viable curriculum to support our students to meet their full potential.
- adhere to the RTI model to provide intervention and enrichment for students while still maintaining the core curriculum.
- work in a collaborative team to take responsibility for monitoring student learning by consistently reviewing data and planning differentiated learning to promote student success.
"Collective Commitments" are beliefs and actions created by school staff and agreed to by school staff. These commitments allow for an open and transparent agreement on what staff must do to live our mission and achieve our vision.
