Summer School Information

The Beaver Dam Unified School District offers a comprehensive Summer School program to students in the Beaver Dam area. The program is available to children who attend public or parochial school during the school year.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (grades K-5)
Dates:  June 10 - July 25, 2024, Monday-Thursday
Time: 8:30 am - 12:35 pm (students may arrive at 8:25 am)
Location: Prairie View Elementary School

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Dates: June 10 - July 25, 2024, Monday - Thursday
Time: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Location: Beaver Dam High School*
*Please note that Middle School Summer School classes will be held at the High School 

HIGH SCHOOL
Dates: June 10 - July 26, Monday - Friday
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Location: Beaver Dam High School

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL:
Registration deadline was April 12.

MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Registration deadline is May 3.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Registration deadline is April 26.

Summer Food Service Program

BDUSD and Taher, Inc. will provide meals to children at no charge to parents/families.  This is made possible through Federal funding of the USDA Summer Food Service Program. Free meals are available to children 18 years of age and under and to any persons over the age of 18 who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled.

Meals will be served on all days summer school is in session and at all summer school sites. Children not enrolled in the BDUSD summer school program may get a free bagged lunch at other sites throughout the community. 

Meals will not be served July 1 - 5. 

FREE Summer Meals will be provided Monday-Thursday from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm from June 10 - July 25 (excluding July 1-4). They will be served at Swan City Park (near the splash pad on E. South Street). A FREE meal is available to anyone 18 years & younger.

Free weekly meal pick-ups will also be available at the High School on Thursday from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm for weekend meals. We will switch to a week's worth of meal pick-ups from July 25 - August 26. Weekly sign up is required for this. Watch for more details in district Skyward emails.
