Members of the Beaver Dam Community are welcome to walk the 200m indoor track in the High School Fieldhouse during the winter months.
Walking will be open every Wednesday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm from November 22, 2023 – March 27, 2024.
THERE WILL BE NO WALKING ON MARCH 20 DUE TO SPRING BREAK.
Please enter through the main entrance doors. On the first visit, each person will be asked to present a valid government issued ID or driver’s license to be scanned to have a pass issued. This pass will also be valid for future walking dates, so each walker should bring it for all future walking dates. If a pass is forgotten or lost, the person will have to re-scan their ID or driver’s license and have new pass issued.
All walkers should wear appropriate walking foot attire/athletic shoes (no dark soles please). All walkers are asked to stay in the commons and fieldhouse areas only. PLEASE NOTE: The fieldhouse is a busy place, other activities may occur during walking time.
